It's been 40 years Years since Iron Maiden's launch Slave of power to the world, where the album is now considered by many – including this publication – to be one of the best metal releases ever.

Now, fans of the band can celebrate. Powerslave In celebration of our 40th anniversary, we bring you this limited edition Iron Maiden “Mummy Eddie” statue from Target.

Exclusive target

Based on the character featured on the original album cover, and later on the band's 1984 “World Slavery Tour” artwork, the statue features 12 points of articulation, including woven bandages meant to evoke the linen wrappings used in the mummification process. Meanwhile, metal chains can be attached to the mouth or unhooked (when the mummy is “freed”). The set also includes a second head that shows more of Eddie's face, uncovered by the bandages.

This Iron Maiden Powerslave Mummy Eddie statue stands eight inches tall and comes in a collectible box decorated with band icons. This is an officially licensed Iron Maiden and NECA Toys product.

New Release

In addition to releasing the new action figure, Iron Maiden is also preparing to release a 40th Anniversary Edition of Slave of powerIt is scheduled to be released in November.

Presented on a gold disc, this limited edition album features remastered audio, new artwork, and notes from guitarist Steve Harris. Slave of power The vinyl also includes a digital MP3 version of the album that you can download and keep.
