A Controversial Vanderpump Rules Star Stassi Schroeder Is Making Their Way to Vanderpump Villa

As part of a development deal with Hulu, Schroeder will lead her own series, Stacey saysand reuniting with former Lisa Vanderpump for season two of Vanderpump Villa (Via Deadline.) Schroeder will also join the upcoming second season of Vanderpump Villawhich follows the hand-picked cast of Vanderpump's lavish French villa, Chateau Rosabelle, as they live and collaborate to cater to the extravagant desires of their wealthy visitors, as a main cast member. Vanderpump celebrated Schroeder's addition to the show's second season with a celebratory video shared on Instagram.

In 2018, Schroeder and Doty called the police on black co-worker Faith Stowers, claiming she was a woman wanted for theft (the incident came after a cheating scandal between Stowers and Doty). I didn’t understand that just because it’s not about race for me doesn’t mean it’s not about race for the other person,” she said. “I bring my experience as a privileged white woman to this situation, and she brings her experience as a black woman to this situation. Because it’s about race for her, it’s about race. That’s something I’ve realized.”
