Monopoly: House of the Dragon Edition replaces the boardwalk with Westeros and Essos, as players fight to control as many strongholds, lands, and bays as possible. In this version, dragon eggs and dragons replace houses and inns, while players collect gold coins instead of cash. Choose from six tokens—House Targaryen, House Hightower, House Velaryon, House Lannister, House Strong, and House Royce—and fight to defend your lands against the others. Meanwhile, Chance and Community Chest cards are replaced with Fire and Blood and Ashes and Bone cards, which contain rewards—or penalties. The goal: to claim a seat on the Iron Throne.
Dragon House Decorations are scattered throughout the board game, from the bright fire and dragon graphics on the board, to the detailed game pieces, and memorable quotes from the show on the cards. Everything is housed in a sculpted and engraved box with a glossy finish.
