Billy Joel will take the stage again with fellow legends Stevie Nicks and Sting in the new year, and he has announced five concerts in various US cities.
Joel will open his tour with Sting at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina on May 10, 2025, and the duo will also perform in Indianapolis, Syracuse and Salt Lake City.
Eight-time Grammy Award winner Stevie Nicks will join Joel in Detroit, Michigan, at Ford Field on March 29. CITI pre-sale tickets for the first four shows will be available on September 30 at 10 a.m. ET, and will open to the public on October 4. It's 9 a.m. ET.
CITI pre-sale tickets for Joel's final in-stadium show with Sting will open on September 30 at 10 a.m. MT, and go on sale to the general public on October 4 at 10 a.m. MT.
This news comes on the heels of Joel's recent showing of his historic final residency at Madison Square Garden in July. After selling out the New York arena 104 times over the course of a decade, Axl Rose and his young daughters Jewel took to the stage to help him say goodbye.
Since then, the Piano Man has been on tour — traveling to Cardiff, England, in August to play a stadium show with opening act Chris Isaak, and performing joint stadium shows with Sting, Nicks and Rod Stewart.
Joel is scheduled to perform three more shows with Sting this year before wrapping up the remainder of 2024 with a solo concert in Hollywood, Florida, at Hard Rock Live on November 23.
