FKA Twigs gives fans the first glimpse of her upcoming album, They are yoskswaThe American singer announced the release of her new album “The Last Day”, by releasing the music video for the title track. She also announced that the album will be released on January 24, 2025.
The video, directed by Jordan Hemingway, begins with Twigs arriving late for work at an office called Cronecorp. As her boss confronts her, a supernatural wave appears to hit the room before Twigs and her coworkers begin an intense, almost alien-like dance.
Suddenly, Twigs starts dancing in just her underwear. The video then cuts to Twigs as a human being crawling on the dirt while a group of men lie down. Twigs sings, “Are you feeling lonely? / You're not alone. And if they ask you, say you do / But don't call it love, Iosixwa.”
