Gaumant Vice CEO Christophe Riandee Exits Company


It was confirmed today that Gaumont's Deputy CEO, Christophe Riandie, has left the company.

In a brief statement, the producer of “Becoming Karl Lagerfeld” said: “After more than 20 years within the company, Christophe Riandie is leaving his position as Deputy CEO, effective today, to devote himself to his personal projects. We wish him all the best for the future.”

diverse Riandee understands that it will not be replaced in the near future. CEO Sidonie Dumas will take over all ongoing projects previously overseen by Riandee.

“The employees who previously reported to Christophe Riande will now report to Sidonie Dumas,” a company spokesperson confirmed.

Riandy joined the French film and TV production company in 2003, after a diverse career in accounting, animation and communications. He then took over Gaumont’s television arm, becoming executive vice president last year, overseeing projects such as “Lupin,” “Barbarians” and “Narcos: Mexico.”

Founded in 1895, Gaumont, headquartered in Paris, is the oldest film company in the world. Nicolas Seydoux remains the company's chairman.
