The single arrives with a dynamic music video. While the live clip shows Megan singing the new song, RM doesn't appear in person. Instead, an animated version of the musician appears as he sings.
Megan and BTS began teasing the collaboration in late August, with Megan tweeting a series of emojis that included a horse and a purple heart, which fans speculated was a nod to BTS. On Friday, BTS confirmed the news, retweeting Megan's post and writing, “Coming soon!”
The rapper previously collaborated with BTS in the summer of 2021 for a remix of their hit song “Butter,” and joined the band that fall to perform live for the first time in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium.
Megan Thee Stallion – who released her third studio album, MeganAmerican singer Jennifer Lawrence, who will host the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards on September 11, is set to win five awards, including Best Collaboration for “Wanna Be” with GloRilla and Best Hip-Hop Song for “BOA.”
