India’ to Launch on SonyLIV

SonyLIV is all set to launch “Million Dollar Listing: India,” the second international iteration of the Emmy-nominated real estate series. Produced by EndemolShine India, the series is set to debut focusing on the luxury real estate market in New Delhi.

The show joins SonyLIV’s unscripted content portfolio, following the platform’s success with ‘Shark Tank India’ and ‘MasterChef India’. ‘Million Dollar Listing: India’ will showcase high-end properties and give viewers an inside look into luxury real estate transactions in the country.

“Million Dollar Listing UAE” was the first film to be adapted from Bravo’s luxury real estate franchise and broke viewership records in the region. Licensed by NBCUniversal Formats, “Million Dollar Listing” has been a huge hit in US cities including Los Angeles, New York, Miami and San Francisco.

“This show will give our audience a unique glimpse into the desire, detail and negotiations involved in buying and selling the country’s most luxurious dream homes. It is relevant, aspirational and never-before-seen – we are confident that our audience will love this show,” said Danish Khan, Business Head, SonyLIV and StudioNext.

“Bringing Million Dollar Listing to India is a fantastic opportunity to showcase the aspirational world of luxury real estate in a market that values success and ambition,” added Anna Langenberg, SVP, Sales & Production, NBCUniversal Format. “Partnering with Sony LIF and Endemol Shine India for the second international iteration of the show ensures that the series will connect with audiences who share a passion for extraordinary real estate and bold lifestyles. We can’t wait to see how this series will resonate in such a vibrant and diverse country.”

“We are proud to present a fresh and dynamic portrait of the country’s thriving real estate landscape. This show will not only reflect the aspirations of a new and rising India, but will also introduce a completely new format that resonates with the evolving tastes of our diverse audience,” said Rishi Negi, Chief Operating Officer, Banijay Asia Group and Endemol Shine India.
