Jamie Lee Curtis Apologizes for Slamming Marvel Movies

Only three of them got the right answer (with the help of an off-screen producer), while the rest of the cast stumbled.

However, after the video started circulating online, Curtis took to her social media to apologize for her naughty behavior. In a heartfelt apology on X, Curtis said she had already apologized to Kevin Feige for her joke during the MTV interview. Her full statement reads:


“My comments about Marvel were stupid and I will do better. I have reached out to Kevin Feige and will no longer participate in the mud-slinging contest we call the internet and I will no longer participate in promoting toilet paper or games designed for clicks and not content or conversation. JLC”


Jamie Lee Curtis has already dragged Marvel Studios into the spotlight.

Watching Curtis in interviews is as fun as it is in her movies. The same level of enjoyment extends to her social media presence, where Curtis has previously used Instagram as another platform to effectively criticize the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Curtis plays Patricia Tanis in Border areasa hunter searching for the mysterious vault on the planet Pandora. Joining Tanis on this crazy adventure are Lilith (Cate Blanchett), Roland (Kevin Hart), Tiny Tina (Ariana Greenblatt), and Claptrap (Jack Black). While the cast was promoting the film (and taunting the MCU) at San Diego Comic-Con, a life-sized Claptrap robot was roaming San Diego, irritating passersby, just like the character does in the game.
