a new album From Jaico on the way. On Thursday night, the Puerto Rican star announced that he will release his third album Group: Rockstar Life (X) On September 6, he will release his first album in three years. The Puerto Rican star will also release a new song, “Passoa,” tonight, alongside Cabo.
The album cover shows Jaico wearing a tank top adorned with his signature batwing while eating “Rockstar O’s” cereal with two friends. The album announcement comes just days before the singer performs at the Baja Beach Fest in Rosarito this week. He’s also set to celebrate the album with his U.S. tour Vida Rockstar in November.
“With this album, we celebrate a new phase not only in my career, but also in our lives, because you are not just my fans. You are my family,” he wrote on his Instagram account.
Jihiko co-wrote and recorded most of the album in studios around the world, joining musician friends in Paris, Madrid, Puerto Rico, Miami and Los Angeles to record the album, according to a press release. The album's tracklist has not yet been announced. The album will be available for pre-sale at 8 p.m.
The new album comes after a handful of singles this year, including “3D” with Tivi Gunz and De La Rose, the single “Torii,” and “KTM” with Bryan Myers and Luar La L. Last year, he released the hit “Holanda,” which has garnered over 338.5 million streams since its release in July 2023, and “Ex-Special” with Peso Pluma.
