Katherine Waterston is the latest addition to the cast of the upcoming Paramount+ series “The Agency” on Showtime, diverse He definitely did.
Waterston will star in the series alongside previously announced actors Michael Fassbender, Richard Gere, Jeffrey Wright, and Jodie Turner-Smith. Production is currently underway in London.
The show is based on the French series “Le Bureau des Legendes.” According to the official description, the series “follows Martian (Fassbender), a CIA operative who is ordered to abandon his secret life and return to London Station. When the love he left behind resurfaces, romance is reignited. His career, his true identity, and his mission confront his heart, propelling them into a deadly game of international intrigue and espionage.”
Waterston will play Naomi, described as “the operations officer and former director of Marchand.”
Waterston is known for her roles in films such as “Inherent Vice,” “Alien Covenant,” “Babylon,” and the “Fantastic Beasts” series. She recently starred in “The End We Start From” and finished filming “Park Avenue.” On television, she has appeared in shows such as “The Third Day” and “Perry Mason” as well as a recent episode of the Emmy-nominated series “Slow Horses.”
She is represented by UTA, Strand Entertainment, and Lark Management.
