Megan Thee Stallion American singer Yuki Chiba has released a sexy and ominous new video for her hit song “Mamushi.”
The video was filmed in Japan and also stars actor Shu Kasamatsu who has appeared in shows such as Tokyo Deputy and GannibalKasamatsu plays a customer who goes to a very exclusive and sexy-looking spa where Megan ostensibly works, but in reality finds her victims.
During the clip, Meg transforms into a giant snake—a mamushi is a venomous snake found in Japan—and attacks unwelcome customers while Chiba helps her dispose of the bodies. Although it's possible the whole thing was just a dream, as Kasamatsu's character eventually wakes up in a hot bath to see Meg strutting away with a giant snake tattoo covering her back.
“Mamushi” appears on Megan Thee Stallion's latest album, MeganThe song went viral on TikTok thanks to a dance group featuring a bilingual choir, and last month, Meg enlisted singer Chiba to perform the song's first live performance at her concert at London's O2 Arena.
The concert also marked the end of Megan's Hot Girl Summer tour with GloRilla. However, she did perform several concerts after returning to the US, including a performance at a rally for Vice President Kamala Harris, as well as a headline performance at Lollapalooza.
Megan Thee Stallion released her new album in June, her first since 2022. psychological shock“Mamushi” is actually one of several snake-themed songs on the album, with all the others also being singles – “Cobra”, “Hiss” and “Boa”.
