We spoke with Nadine Crocker resulting in the release of CompleteA raw, emotional drama, the talented writer-director also appears on camera, playing the terrifying and complex main character. “I think the girl who started this journey and thought she could wear 33 hats was very naive, but I’m really glad it was a fun experience,” Crocker recently told MovieWeb.
Crocker plays Dean, a young woman with emotional turmoil who is already suffering from a self-destructive mental health episode. “I hope the film sparks a real conversation, especially during this month, about suicide,” Crocker continued. “And a portion of the proceeds from this film will go to charity. As you know, I took the points I earned from writing the film and put them toward charity. I created my nonprofit, “Continue.”She added:
My goal for the nonprofit is to create a relief
To pay for mental health services for disadvantaged youth who cannot afford these services.
But we've also selected other existing non-profits to share the proceeds with. So I really hope that this film does more than just inspire with its message,
It will also save lives through the donations that come from it.
“So it was really important to do that during September as well.”

Complete The film benefits from a talented cast that also includes household names like Emily Deschanel (Bones), who plays Dean's tough-talking but compassionate doctor Janet. Crocker's vulnerable scenes opposite the gorgeous Deschanel are some of the film's strongest.
“The person who checks in on me the most, who extends me the most love and support is Emily,” Crocker told us. “She’s an amazing human being, not to mention an incredibly talented actress and a professional, you know? Nothing shakes her or fazes her, and she’s ready to play. And that’s a gift to the person sitting across from her.” I felt like I went to acting school, just to be able to work with her. “And to be in front of her and see how she works and manages her business after so many years of being a big star? So she's just a really amazing person.”
