After a week Netflix has announced a documentary series focusing on controversial WWE Chairman Vince McMahon, the streaming service has announced. The first trailer for the game has been shared. Mr. McMahonHis arrival Later this month.
“People have wondered who I really am,” McMahon says in the opening moments of the promo. “My image is that I'm a bad guy. But nobody really knows me.”
The promo also features a cast of all-star wrestlers who contribute new interviews to the documentary series, including Hulk Hogan, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, John Cena, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, and Bret “The Hitman” Hart.
In addition to WWE's rise, the documentary series covers many of wrestling's biggest scandals under McMahon's watch — from the premature deaths of several wrestlers to rampant steroid use — as well as his personal downfall in the wake of sexual assault allegations against him. As previously reported, several interviews — including with McMahon — were conducted prior to the hush money and sexual assault allegations that ultimately led to his exit from the company.

From his transformation of WWE from a small regional company to a global entertainment powerhouse to the explosive sexual misconduct allegations that led to his eventual resignation, this six-episode series offers an in-depth look at McMahon’s life and his enduring franchise,” Netflix said in a synopsis.
“From more than 200 hours of interviews with McMahon himself (before his resignation), his family members, his business partners and some of the most famous names in wrestling history, as well as the journalists who exposed McMahon’s allegations – filmmaker Chris Smith (Tiger King) and executive producer Bill Simmons (30 for 30) deliver a bold, no-holds-barred look at one of the most enigmatic figures in sports entertainment.”

The final product is a revealing documentary that we believe provides a rich and nuanced portrait of the man and the complex legacy he left behind.”
