The drama series follows stepbrothers Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) and Nathan Scott (James Lafferty), and their circle of friends, as they navigate adolescence and adulthood in Tree Hill, North Carolina. It would be hard to imagine one of these characters returning without the other, so we'll keep our fingers crossed that we'll be able to follow more of their love story if the series is officially greenlit. If the series does get the greenlight, it's likely that more of the original cast will be approached to return.
