Rachel Dratch Spoofs Olympic Breakdancer Raygun on Jimmy Fallon’s Show

It was only a matter of time before a comedian poked fun at Australian dancer Raegan, who didn’t win a single point for her performance at the Paris Olympics over the weekend and inspired countless memes. “Saturday Night Live” alumna Rachel Dratch did just that during “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” Monday night, interrupting the late-night host’s monologue with some bizarre dance moves.

“Break dancing made its Olympic debut, and everyone's still talking about this competitor from Australia named Raygon,” Fallon said, showing a clip of Raygon's performance, which included lots of floor moves and bunny-like jumping.

“You have to wonder where Raegan is now,” Fallon continued, before being interrupted by the dancer’s music. Dratch then emerged from behind the curtain, wearing an identical outfit to Raegan, and imitated the now-famous Australian dance.

“Wow, Raygon! It’s Raygon, guys!” Fallon said between laughs. “I have to ask you this, how are you feeling since your performance?”

Dratch responded as Raygon by dancing, falling to the ground and imitating some ridiculous moves. “Raygon, I see you're talking through your dance moves. I get it,” Fallon said.

Fallon then joined Dratch in dancing, with the host also dancing on the floor and jumping around while the Roots band played.

After her Olympic appearance, Raygon told reporters (via ESPN) that “all my moves are authentic.”

“Creativity is really important to me,” she continued. “I go out and show my artistry. Sometimes I talk to the judges, sometimes I don't. I do what I want to do, and that's art. That's what it's all about.”
