Coraline is returning to theaters as part of the 15th anniversary celebrations for the 2009 stop-motion animated hit, and the re-release has led to a resurgence in online sales of the original.
A limited-edition copy of “Coraline” is available on Amazon for $20 and is selling quickly, with more than 700 copies sold in the past few weeks alone, according to the site. The Blu-ray version of “Coraline” has also returned to the No. 1 spot on Amazon’s Kids & Family list.

Coraline – Limited Edition Steelbook 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray
The Steelbook Edition includes the original “Coraline” film, restored and updated to 4K Ultra HD, along with a new Dolby Atmos 7.1 audio mix. The two-disc Blu-ray set also includes deleted scenes, original footage, a “making of the film” special, and interviews with director Henry Selick and composer Bruno Colais. Fans can also scroll through storyboards from the film and see behind-the-scenes photos.

If you don't have a Blu-ray player or would rather watch the movie online, “Coraline” is available as a digital download for $12 on Prime Video. This deal gets you a high-definition copy of the Oscar-nominated film that you can keep once you download it. This version also comes with additional features.
You can also buy “Coraline” on Apple for $12.99 here . As of now, there’s no way to rent “Coraline,” so the only way to watch the animated film online is to order it through a video-on-demand streaming service.
Coraline is directed by Henry Selick (best known for The Nightmare Before Christmas) and is based on the 2002 book of the same name by Neil Gaiman. The film stars the voices of Dakota Fanning and Teri Hatcher, and was critically acclaimed and nominated for Best Animated Feature at the 2009 Academy Awards.
As production company Laika says in the release notes, “Coraline Jones is bored in her new home until she finds a secret door that leads to a world just like her own… but better! But when this fantasy adventure turns dangerous and her “other” mother tries to keep her forever, Coraline must rely on her ingenuity and courage to get back home.”
