Tekashi 6ix9ine's ex-girlfriend, Georgina Lolo Guillermo Diaz, filed a lawsuit against the controversial rapper this week, accusing him of posting revenge porn photos of her online, as well as physically and emotionally abusing her.
In the lawsuit filed in federal court on Thursday and won by Rolling StoneDiaz alleged that throughout their relationship, Tekashi — whose real name is Daniel Hernandez — beat, drugged and stole from her. “Defendant waged a horrific campaign of abuse against her — seeking to dominate, control and harm her; alienate her from her family and friends; and steal hundreds of thousands of dollars of her hard-earned money.”
The lawsuit claims include unlawful pornography, assault, fraud, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Diaz is seeking at least $1 million in damages.
Diaz claimed she ended her relationship with Hernandez after discovering the alleged theft, which the lawsuit called the “last straw.” In response, the lawsuit said, Hernandez posted “private, intimate, sexually explicit videos and photos of Plaintiff” on X, formerly known as Twitter. Diaz’s management removed the videos, and Hernandez posted them again before they were removed a second time.
Before releasing the revenge photos, Diaz alleges that Hernandez physically, emotionally and sexually assaulted her “during the first month of their relationship in 2023.” She alleges that Hernandez struck Diaz multiple times, including at her daughter’s baptism. That day, “Defendant struck Plaintiff and threatened to kill her.”
“To throw her off the balcony in front of the plaintiff's family and friends,” the lawsuit states.
According to the lawsuit, Hernandez allegedly told Diaz that she “was responsible for his violence toward her.” Diaz's lawsuit refers to her arrest in December 2023, when Diaz claims she was attacked after Hernandez “virtually imprisoned” her in his home by refusing to give Diaz her passport and money.
The lawsuit says Hernandez emotionally abused Diaz “by telling her she was worthless without him” and that “no other partner would be interested in Plaintiff.” Last spring, Hernandez forced her to undergo multiple cosmetic surgeries including liposuction and other plastic surgeries because he was “unhappy with her appearance,” Diaz alleged in the lawsuit.
Diaz alleges that Hernandez pocketed her earnings and asked her record label and music distributor to send her hundreds of thousands of dollars. Diaz alleged that Hernandez used her money to buy a luxury sports car, which he called a gift. He also rented villas for her to throw parties with friends, saying he paid for all expenses.
Diaz said she discovered the alleged theft in August and ended the relationship at that point. On August 19, Diaz and her manager received a direct message on X containing an explicit photo of Diaz and Hernandez, along with a threat to release the full video. She claimed she did not see the message at the time, and the video was posted that month by an anonymous X account with the username @nukkikiiiiiiijay1dufo.
“Defendant was the only person in possession of this recording prior to its release, and his long history of abuse and control of Plaintiff establishes that he is responsible for the release of the video,” the lawsuit states.
Representatives for Hernandez and Diaz did not immediately respond. Rolling StoneRequest for comment. Speaking to TMZ, Hernandez denied the allegations.
“All this jewelry is mine…that car you're in I bought…the penthouse shoes [sic] “I bought her from the Dominican Republic,” he told the Daily Mail. “I took care of her family and her daughter – when I met her she had a two-month-old baby – I put diapers and food on the table for them.”
The new lawsuit is the latest in a long line of legal troubles that Hernandez has faced over the years. He was arrested in the Dominican Republic on domestic violence charges in early 2024.
