For Halloween fans, Halloween is a year-long quest to find the absolute best October decor (I’m personally known for keeping “potion bottles” on our bar cart and pumpkin wreaths on our door all year long), which is why it’s no surprise that The Home Depot is delivering the scares earlier than ever. This year, the ghosts are bigger and better than ever — but as always, you’ll need to have quick fingers so you can add these spooks to your cart before they’re gone for good (or even later this year), as they tend to sell out. fast.

The undisputed biggest hit of the fall (as always) is the giant 12-foot skeleton, a viral hit that has sold out every year since 2020. “Skelly,” as he’s affectionately known among fans, will debut in his fourth year with new lifelike LCD eyes that have eight interchangeable settings, and while the original is still out of stock, the “Servo Skelly” with a motorized moving head is back in stock.

This year, Skully is joined by a new companion, his best friend and loyal sidekick Dog, a five-foot-tall skeleton dog ($199) with an adjustable mouth and the same changeable eyes. While the Skully set (and three other adjustable skeleton sets) sold out in less than an hour, there are more friends joining the monster pack this year, too.

One newcomer is a 12.5-foot-tall giant fire skeleton ($379), a leafless horror that looks like a nightmarish version of Groot with built-in color-changing lights. It’s sure to scare the crap out of onlookers, but if you’re looking for something a little more traditional, you can also get an officially licensed, seven-foot-tall animatronic Frankenstein’s Monster ($249), which says iconic lines from Universal’s 1931 film Frankenstein The film features fully lifelike arm and facial movements.

This ghoul crew is only available online while supplies last, but fear not, because Halloween fans can expect more thrills and must-have exclusives that have been announced all year long, including a seven-and-a-half-foot-tall animatronic plague doctor, a nine-foot-tall headless knight, a six-foot-tall card-playing skeleton called the “Jack of Spades,” and more. While we haven’t heard yet about the return of the 12-foot-tall hell-raising pumpkin skeleton with a “refined hourglass figure” that was sold alongside the Skully since 2021, there are still more announcements to come.

Right now, you can buy 999 Happy Ghosts (okay, maybe a little less) from the Halloween collection exclusively at HomeDepot.com and in stores. Enjoy Happy Ghosts!
