The perfect couple Starring Nicole Kidman as Greer Garrison Winberry, a famous novelist who is not supportive of her son Benjy (Billy Howle) deciding to marry Amelia Sachs (Eve Hewison). The Sachs explore new territory as they prepare to enter one of Nantucket's wealthiest families. They have enough money to get away with murder—and in the trailer—and they try. On the morning of Benjy and Amelia's beach wedding, a body turns up in the harbor, disrupting the wedding of the season.
“I would have thought that our family’s contribution to the Nantucket Fund would give us some privacy,” Thomas Winbury (Jack Reynor) tells a police officer in the trailer. There are no clear suspects yet, nor much clarity about who died or how. But under the pressure of the investigation and the harsh light of the police interrogation rooms, facades begin to crack and secrets begin to leak. “These people are used to getting what they want,” the officer says later in the trailer. “The minute they feel like they’re out of control, they burn it down.”
