He would not confirm whether he had been asked to return, but based on his willingness to discuss it, it is likely that he would have revealed such information if Marvel had approached him to reprise the character in homage to the 2004 film. Nash then dismissed the idea of him seeking more film roles such as Deadpool and WolverineHe stated that at his age, the idea of going to work on a movie set doesn't appeal to him at all. During the podcast, he sarcastically recounted the monotony of being on a movie set:
“Hey guys, again, man, I'm 65 years old. What I want to do in life is go somewhere that's not my home, be in a hotel, and work 12 hours a day. And then I leave and I go home, and while I'm cooking and making my meal and eating it, I'm reviewing scripts for the next day. And while I'm sitting in makeup the next day, I have someone go over scripts with me, and then every time I have a break, I go over scripts again before I shoot a scene, or a scene that we're not in, I have someone go over scripts with.”
The WWE Hall of Famer continues to act occasionally, reprising his role as Tarzan in Magic Mike's Last Dance In 2023. He often appears on WWE programming, as well as some low-budget action and horror films. His other film appearances include dog, John WickAnd Longest square remake.
Kevin Nash gets stabbed by The Punisher
Kevin Nash's time on The Punisher The group was far from fun and games. An incident occurred where the star Thomas Jane accidentally stabbed Nash with a real knife.One of the highlights of the film is a fight scene between the Russian, played by Nash, and Frank Castle, played by Jane, which erupts when the Russian breaks down Castle's front door to kill him. In the scene, Castle was supposed to stab the Russian, played by Nash, with a butterfly knife, but the set designer forgot to replace the real knife used in the scene with a stunt knife, and Nash was stabbed in the collarbone. Jane described the situation in an interview:
“I put it in his chest…stabbing him, piercing him… Kevin, he was just looking at me, and there was a knife sticking out of his chest…and you know what made it worse? He was so cool with it. I was like, ‘Oh my God, this guy is going to push me across the room.’ Just out of reaction. He just sat there, looked at the knife, looked at me, and shook his head. I sent him two cases of beer, if I remember correctly.”

Only one film was produced for Thomas Jane's Punisher, and Marvel later remade the character in 2008 with Ray Stevenson (Ahsoka) in the lead Punisher: War Zone. when The Punisher Adapted for television in 2017, Jon Bernthal (the walking Dead) played by Frank Castle, with this version set to return to the Disney+ series.
