Umbrella Academy The series revolves around a dysfunctional family. A dysfunctional superpowered family that causes a lot of disasters – one per season, in fact. The series also features a lot of guest stars, some of them famous. These are the people we're talking about here. In the first season, there was Mary J. Blige and Cameron Britton as the killers Cha Cha and Hazel. Starting with episode 5 of season 1, but especially in season 2, there was Kate Walsh as The Handler, who controlled the lives of people like Cha Cha and Hazel. And in season 4, there was David Cross as Sy Grossman, the dry cleaner who recruits the Umbrella Academy to find his daughter Jennifer.
But the show's best guests are Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman as Drs. Jean and Jane Thibodeau, an entertaining but disturbing couple who will do anything to achieve their goals. The only problem is that they're in season four, the show's final—and worst—season. In the following article, we'll take a look at all the show's guests. Umbrella Academy He detailed why Mulally and Offerman are the best despite having the worst season.

Mary J. Blige and Cameron Britton are great as Cha Cha and Hazel, Especially Britton as the killer who is eventually reformed through love.Britton, though less well known, has done a great job. In particular, his role as Edmund Kemper in Mind Hunter It's a haunting yet poignant song. Although Blige has been known for her music for decades, she's recently turned to acting. Umbrella Academy This was her first major role after her Oscar nomination for muddyShe has been acting ever since.

The Umbrella Academy Cast Talks About Series Finale

Season 4 Guest Stars
C Grossman
At the beginning of season four, the Umbrella Academy (and everyone else) has been in their current timeline for six years — and no one has their powers. But then Cy Grossman (badly) kidnaps Victor (Elliot Page), a member of the Umbrella Academy, and holds him for ransom to get the gang back in business. He does this so he can ask them to find his missing daughter, and he happens to have a box of her things, including a bottle of Marigold. When the Umbrella Academy members find Jennifer, they discover that she is not actually Sy's daughter, but Sy keeps showing up at key points in the season to make sure she and Ben get back together.
David Cross is perhaps best known for playing Tobias Funke, Lindsay Bluth's meek (and very strange) husband in development haltSince then, he hasn't had many regular roles on other shows. Instead, he's taken on a number of guest roles, and he's been great in all of them. And it's no different with C. Cross was great as a man who isn't really who he says he is, but still manages to get everyone around him to do his bidding, even when they doubt him..

The Umbrella Academy Ending Makes No Sense (And That's a Problem)
The Umbrella Academy was a great show, but the ending of the fourth and final season makes no sense.
Dr. Jane and Jane Thibodeau
As with every other great person, Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman, as Jean and Jane Thibodeau, outdid all the other famous guest stars who appeared on the series. Umbrella AcademyThe reason for this is simple: Jan and Jane are a couple who complete each other's sentences, something that Mullaly and Offerman understand because they are also a couple.
Of course, we hope the actors are not like their characters in any other way. Jin and Jin are fun but evil.and their evil side always wins out. In the six episodes they appear in, they kill the man who brings them artifacts from other timelines, violently take Jennifer from the Umbrella Academy, and then terrorize her with the giant squid she was trapped in as a child. Oh, and they get their one and only dance in season four.
Mullally and Offerman are great as individuals. Mullally is best known for her work as Karen Walker in Will and Grace Offerman is known for his work as Ron Swanson in Parks and Recreation. But they both played many other roles, and both won Emmys. But As a couple, they really shine.. If only they had been in a better season, because their roles ultimately didn’t amount to much. Even when Jen and Jane called up all their henchmen in the final episode and had them guard the store where Ben and Jennifer were hiding with guns and knives, it was an empty gesture. In the end, Ben and Jennifer will achieve the Purge whether or not these people are there.
So, While Mullally and Offerman's work is great, the fourth and final season is not, and that makes a big difference.Unfortunately, the season is a mess with so many plot holes that it’s ridiculous. Additionally, fans aren’t happy that Jen and Jane got the only dance of Season 4. None of this is Mullally and Offerman’s fault, of course, but the fact that they’re even in this season is a shame. With so much wrong with Season 4, it makes it hard to appreciate what went right, including their portrayal of Jen and Jane.
