In the age of streaming, all shows (old and new) need to be available to the public. They were hard to get on VHS, and that problem wasn’t fully solved until the advent of DVDs. Unfortunately, DVDs are now considered “dinosaur technology,” so any show that was released on that medium but still isn’t available to stream qualifies for this list. Perhaps having it on Netflix would have boosted its popularity.
Unfortunately, the comedy-drama series is still missing online, and no one, including co-creator Rob Burnett, seems to have the answers. “I don’t even know the exact reason why it’s not online,” Burnett told Vulture. Apparently, the series is produced by Warner Bros, so CBS can’t put it on Paramount+ until some rights issues are resolved. Additionally, the show used a lot of music that required approval first.
