Travis Scott Drops ‘Drugs You Should Try It’ Video

below A week after revisiting his mixtape Days before the rodeo On its 10th anniversary, Travis Scott delivers a visual duet for the project's single “Drugs You Should Try.”

The clip opens with an apparent tribute to Virgil Abloh as a bodybuilding model stands in front of a neon sign of a smoking cowboy he used on his 2015 rodeo tour. (“He’s with us forever, you understand?” he said during an anniversary party over the weekend, according to Billboard.)

The video then displays a warning sign that reads: “Please play this song at maximum volume for optimal effect,” along with: Days before the rodeo's tracklist. The video features slow-motion cinematic shots of Scott jumping shirtless under the night sky. In other shots, he is seen smoking a joint, before belting out the song's lyrics under a red light and submerging himself in cold water.

Scott has re-released his second mixtape. Days before the rodeo On August 23, the 2014 compilation — which included songs like “Don’t Play” with The 1975, “Mamacita” with Rich Homie Quan and Young Thug, and “Sloppy Toppy” featuring Migos and Peewee Longway — was brought to streaming services.

Days before the rodeo “Celebrating the 10th anniversary with a re-release of the album is finally here,” he wrote on Instagram last week. “Everywhere August 23rd and maybe a few more DPR Songs from that era from the basement… I'm jumping through the walls ah ah.”

He also released the promised deluxe edition of the album with new songs on his website. The deluxe album includes the songs “Mo City Flexologist,” “Serenade,” “While Lots Changedm” and “Yeah Yeah” featuring Young Thug. The mixtape precedes Scott's career-defining album. Rodeo LP from 2015.
