Ellie Norton, a UK-based personal PR expert who previously worked at Public Eye in London, has set up her own company, Track Publicity.
The track starts with an already impressive list of clients, including Paul Mescal (“Gladiator 2,” “All of Us Strangers”), Kate Connor (“Heartstopper,” “Rocketman”), David Johnson (“Rye Lane,” “Industry”), Alison Oliver (“Saltburn,” “The Order”), Sarah Sophie Posnina (“The Bridge,” “Dune: Prophecy”), Hannah Dowd (“Eternals,” “Enola Holmes 2”), Richard Rankin (“Outlander,” “Rebus”), Clara Rugaard (“Black Mirror,” “Press Play”) and Viola Pretjohn (“The Crown,” “The Nevers”).
“I am incredibly excited to launch Track Publicity, a new agency dedicated to representing actors and creatives,” said Norton. “It is especially inspiring to continue to design unique campaigns and collaborate with clients in impactful ways.”
Norton said Track would specialise in representing actors and creatives in the UK and internationally, and whether they were new or established names, would “design distinctive, high-quality campaigns by delivering personalised strategies tailored to each client”.
Track’s launch coincides with a busy period for some of its biggest clients. “Normal Things” star Mescal is on the cusp of Hollywood fame with the release of “Gladiator 2,” while Connor will star in the third season of “Heartstopper” and has a lead voice role in “The Wild Robot.” Johnson is currently seen in theaters in “Alien: Romulus” and Oliver is in the cast of Justin Kurzel’s crime thriller “The Order,” which will be screened at Venice.
Norton spent several years as chief public relations officer at Public Eye. Prior to that, she worked on the film team at Freuds Communications.
