As the race for the White House draws to a close in battleground states, America's favorite science guy, Bill Nye, has taken to social media to urge Americans to vote for climate and clean energy champions.
Wearing a wig, invoking the U.S. Constitution, Nye stressed that Article I, Section 8, Clause 8, states that Congress shall “promote the progress of the sciences and useful arts.”
