Disney+ is currently one of the world’s most popular streaming services, featuring films from some of the biggest franchises, like Marvel and Star Wars. After so many years, a documentary, For the First Time in Forever: The Making of World of Frozen, about the making of Frozen set pieces at Hong Kong Disneyland will be available on Disney+. It is reportedly the world’s first Frozen-themed park at Disneyland, having opened last November.

Disney could always use a musical film now and again, and to fill that void, Big City Greens the Movie: Spacecation, an upcoming animated feature based on the Disney Channel animated series Big City Greens, will premiere on Disney+ on June 7, only a day after its debut on Disney Channel. The film was announced in 2022, along with the fourth season renewal of Big City Greens.
The film, starring Chris Houghton, Joe Lo Truglio, and Wendi McLendon-Covey, takes the Greens family on a brand-new adventure when Cricket Green plans a thrilling voyage into space after unintentionally ruining their family’s vacation. However, mayhem ensues once they step into space, where a massive asteroid is on its way to destroy the Big City. Despite their differences, Cricket and his family must work together to save their city from the looming disaster. Big City Greens the Movie: Spacecation is streaming on Disney+ on June 7.
Protecting Paradise: The Story of Niue

Most audiences have not heard of the island of Niue. It is often considered a paradise with a rich history that the rest of the world overlooks. Apparently, roughly 2000 residents dwell on that small island. Niue, located in New Zealand, is shrouded in mystery, whether because of people or its infrastructure.

Clotilda: The Return Home

There have been many tragic events throughout history, and Clotilda, the last known slave ship incident in the United States, is certainly one of them. In the autumn of 1859, over 100 Africans were taken captive and sold into slavery, becoming separated from their families. Clotilda: The Return Home, a new documentary film, will explore the stories of their descendants as they find their way back home. The official synopsis of the film is as follows:
Clotilda: The Return Home chronicles the account of two survivors of the last American slave ship, Cudjo Lewis and Gumpa Lee, who dreamed of returning to their ancestral home over 150 years ago. Today, their descendants are fulfilling that dream and National Geographic Explorer Tara Roberts, whose work shines a light on the origin stories of Africans in the Americas, joins them on this once-in-a-lifetime journey.
Beaches (1988)

The 1980s were a fantastic decade for cinema, producing many memorable films. Beaches, released in 1988 and starring Bette Midler and Barbara Hershey, is one of the most beautiful movies about a friendship between two women.
The film, directed by Garry Marshall, follows the historic meeting of a child performer, CC Bloom, and a rich kid, Hillary Whitney, who form a close bond in a holiday resort in Atlantic City. After years of communication, they finally meet again to live together in New York City. The film will depict various stages of their lives, from becoming best friends at their first encounter to their differences stemming from falling in love with the same man. Beaches premieres on Disney+ on June 26.
