Max Lousada Steps Down Elliott Grainge Moves Up


Warner Music Group has announced sweeping changes to its recorded music operations:

Max Losada, CEO of Recorded Music and a 20-year veteran of the company, will step down at the end of the fiscal year (September 30),

Meanwhile, Julie Greenwald has begun a leadership transition, taking on a new role as president of Atlantic Music Group, reporting to WMG CEO Robert Kinkel, an upgrade from her previous role as CEO.

Effective October 1, Elliot Grainge, founder and CEO of 10K Projects, will assume the role of CEO of Atlantic Music Group, reporting to Kyncl. Grainge became part of the global senior management team last year, after the company acquired a majority stake in his flagship label.
