There have been rumors recently about the upcoming I know what you did last summer. The reboot will ignore the events of the first part, I still know what I did last summer.Now the director of the sequel, Jane Kaytin Robinson, has confirmed via X (formerly known as Twitter) that this is not the case. However, she made no mention of the 2006 film.
