The challenge of crafting the perfect script is not lost on Goldberg, who admits to being tempted to take matters into her own hands. She acknowledged her limits in juggling multiple tasks simultaneously. Goldberg stated:

“Yes and no.
It’s hard to do everything.
And I like to think that I can, but I’ve come to the understanding that I can’t do as much stuff simultaneously, as I’d like to.”

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Sister Act 2: Back in the Habit, and the anticipation for the third installment has only intensified. Goldberg’s desire to deliver a sequel that lives up to fans’ expectations is evident. In a previous appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, she hinted at her satisfaction with the script, saying:

“I really like it but it has a whole lot of adults to go through. So, if they don’t get in its way, it could actually be pretty good.”
